Modern Bayfront Elegance on Belle Meade Island An architectural composition where space, light and materiality meet tropical serenity.

An Iconic Location, Reinvented Situated on the edge of open bay waters in the coveted enclave of Belle Meade Island, this newly completed residence redefines contemporary waterfront living in Miami. From the very first steps into the property, a sense of scale and openness sets the tone. The architecture plays with volumes, soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a remarkable double-heightentrance lobby, creating a spatial experience that feels as luxurious as it is effortless.

Framing Nature Through Architecture The interiors are designed to flow seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Vast glazed surfaces open the home to panoramic water views, allowing natural light to flood in and the horizon to become part of the daily experience. The full-height windows offer not only visual transparency but also a continuity between indoors and out, creating a harmonious dialogue between architecture and nature.

Natural Materials and Textural Contrast A material palette of restrained elegance further enhances the architectural narrative. Natural white oak is used generously across the floors and accent walls, offering warmth and softness that balances the otherwise minimal and geometric design. Vertical wood slats stretch across key walls, providing both rhythm and texture,a subtle nod to tropical modernism. The contrast of materials, matte black framing, light wood surfaces, crisp white volumes,is orchestrated with great care. This contrast is particularly effective in the expansive living areas, where dark accent walls and ceilings create a refined backdrop for neutral furnishings and organic textures.

The Entrance as a Spatial Performance In the grand entrance hall, a sculptural light installation composed of floating spheres adds an ethereal quality to the space. Suspended at varying heights, the fixtures become a focal point, offering a soft and diffused glow that transforms the volume throughout the day and night. This carefully curated element does more than illuminate,it dramatizes the verticality of the space and sets the tone for what’s to come.

Generous Volumes and Seamless Circulation Every room in the house is treated with the same attention to proportion and clarity. The open kitchen, functional yet sculptural, anchors the social space with clean lines and architectural cabinetry. The design encourages fluid movement across dining, lounging, and entertaining areas, all while preserving the sense of intimacy and comfort.

A Master Suite Facing the Horizon Upstairs, the master suite enjoys privileged positioning. Enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides, the space opens directly onto a private terrace overlooking the bay. The bedroom exudes tranquility through its soft palette and minimalist furnishings, while the bathroom offers spa-like indulgence: floatingvanities, natural stone textures, and a sculptural freestanding bathtub bathed in light.

A Tropical Haven with Urban Proximity With 75 feet of direct waterfront, an infinity pool, and a private dock, the residence is both a retreat and a statement. Here, design embraces the tropical setting without resorting to cliché. Instead, it offers something rare: a home that is simultaneously open, structured, and profoundly serene, secluded within a doublegated community, yet only minutes from Miami’s Design District, Wynwood, and Miami Beach.
