Highland Beach Located on an exceptional 100 foot ocean front parcel in Highland Beach, this contemporary villa embodies architectural precision, control, and clarity. Designed for an elegant lifestyle by the Atlantic, it offers a residential experience of rare intensity, defined by minimalist aesthetics, rigorous volumetry, and a direct connection to the seascape. 

Spread across four levels, the home expresses a bold architectural language of clean lines, cantilevered forms, and powerful framed views of the ocean. The extensive use of glass dissolves the boundary between inside and out. Every space is designed to capture a unique perspective, with visual sequences that extend the horizon deep into the interior design.

The heart of the home lies in the double-height main living area, filled with natural light and opening onto a spectacular terrace and infinity edge pool. Custom furnishings and a refined palette of materials, light wood, natural stone, and patinted brass create an atmosphere that is both understated and luxurious, where every detail supports the overall harmony.
