Architecture of Light, Rhythm and Landscape

A site between water, sky and city Perfectly located on Venetian Island, between Miami and Miami Beach, this contemporary residence is rooted in a deep reflection on architecture’s relationship to light, climate and daily life. More than a luxury property, this home is a spatial composition, fluid, adaptable, and intimately connected to its environment.

A sculptural identity shaped by function The Z-shaped roof is not a gesture of excess but a structural and spatial device. It frames the house’s silhouette across the bay, organizes the interior volumes, provides shade, and marks its presence on the skyline with elegance and restraint. From above, the house aligns with the geometry of the island. From within, it opens toward the horizon in carefully framed perspectives.

Interior architecture as a sequence of light and space The experience of the house unfolds through rhythmic spatial sequences, generous ceiling heights, soft transitions, natural materials and constant interplay between inside and outside. Full-height glass walls dissolve boundaries. The architecture is not static, but dynamic, shaped by movement and light. A floating staircase and a private glass elevator anchor vertical circulation, leading to the upper floor and a secluded rooftop terrace. This elevated space, with jacuzzi and panoramic views, is a suspended retreat, an inhabitable horizon.

A refined and timeless material palette Natural bleached oak, soft stone, matte black steel, and both natural and lacquered wooddefine a palette that is calm, precise and enduring. Finishes are not decorative, they serve the structure, the light, and the atmosphere. Built-in furnishings are treated as extensions of the architecture, not additions.

Adaptable living, open to transformation The home offers 4 bedrooms easily expandable to 5 or 6, with a generous open-plan den for office, media or guest use. Flexibility is embedded in the plan without compromising spatial coherence. Architecture here is not rigid, but open, designed to host evolving ways of living.

An exterior space designed as a lived extension The Ipe wood terrace extends the interior seamlessly toward the bay, connecting the living areas to a lush, landscaped garden and a sculptural infinity edge pool. Outdoor spaces are treated with the same rigor and refinement as the interiors, geometry, rhythm and proportion guide every line. The garage is discretely integrated and pre-equipped for a car lift, while service areas remain fully concealed to preserve the purity of the experience.

A different idea of luxury Venetian House is not ostentatious. It does not follow trends. It embodies a different vision of luxury, based on clarity, permanence, and freedom. In a city known for spectacle, this residence proposes precision, calm and spatial intelligence. An architecture shaped by light and rhythm, designed to last.
