Purity, Light, and Horizon

An entrance choreographed by water From the very first steps, architecture yields to sensation. A walkway across water draws the eye and body inward, while a soaring double height foyer establishes an immediate sense of scale and presence. This 5,000SFcontemporary residence is conceived as a sensory journey where natural light, reflections, and framed views define the spatial experience. The architectural narrative begins at the street, where a sculptural curved facade clad in refined coral stone invites entry. Organic and tactile, this textured wall contrasts with the home's sharper volumes and introduces an immersive, almost ceremonial arrival. Its gentle form welcomes owners and guests alike, creating a fluid gesture that beckons one inside and sets the tone for a spatial promenade through the house.
An open plan that celebrates the horizon The heart of the home unfolds around a vast, open living space where the dining room, chef’s kitchen, and lounge area are seamlessly connected. Fullheight glass sliding doorsdissolve the boundary between inside and out, offering unobstructed views across thebay. Throughout the day, light animates the interior surfaces, stone, wood, and glass, creating a soft yet vivid dialogue between architecture and atmosphere.
A bold architectural identity Defined by suspended volumes, elegant cantilevers, and a restrained material palette, smooth white render, glass, light wood, and concrete, the home reveals a striking yet serene composition. Lines are crisp, shadow is sculpted, and the
resulting architecture conveys both strength and subtlety, blending minimalism with warmth.
Privacy and comfort upstairs The upper level offers three generous bedrooms, while the master suite commands a privileged position facing the open bay. Bathed in natural light, it includes a large walk-incloset and a sophisticated bathroom where pale wood, glass, and stone create a tranquil retreat. A freestanding sculptural tub is placed beside a picture window, allowing views of swaying palms to accompany quiet moments of relaxation.
A 110-foot pool as a horizontal horizon Outdoors, a spectacular 110-foot-longinfinityedge pool stretches along the side of the house, like a ribbon of water extending the architecture toward the bay. It anchors a sequence of garden terraces, shaded seating zones, and refined landscaping. The outdoor furniture, selected for its understated elegance, enhances the home's tranquil and refined outdoor lifestyle.
An exceptional living environment Set in the heart of Hibiscus Island, this residence offers a rare balance of privacy, architectural innovation, and quality of life. Everything here is designed to embrace the spirit of Miami living: to contemplate, entertain, and inhabit the interplay of light, nature, and design. More than a home, this is a cohesive architectural work, at once serene, striking, and sensorial
