Contemporary Waterfront Masterpiece in Pompano Beach

The lot is the story. A point site with 240 feet of water frontage on the Intracoastal, it offers views in nearly every direction. The house was designed to take them all.

Three levels are stacked above the waterline, each pulled back slightly from the one below, so that every floor has its own terrace and its own relationship to the water. The structure is clean and horizontal: wide cantilevers, full-height impact glass, a roofline that stays flat and lets the sky finish the composition.

Inside, the palette is warmer than the exterior suggests. Oak ceilings give the main rooms a low, continuous warmth. Deep charcoal walls in the living areas absorb the glare from the water and frame the views without competing with them. Stone surfaces, matte and cool, ground the spaces in something tactile.

The kitchen anchors the plan. A solid wood waterfall island, integrated appliances, and a hidden prep station behind sliding panels make it a working room, not a showpiece. It opens directly onto the living and dining areas, which in turn open onto the water.

The master suite wraps the top floor's corner, with glass on three sides and a freestanding tub positioned between two windows. At night, the Intracoastal is black and still, and the room floats above it.

Below, 150 feet of private dockage and deep-water access minutes from Hillsboro Inlet. The house does not just look at the water. It lives in it.
