Villa L’Artiste

A privileged setting between nature and architecture Located within the gated and serene enclave of Normandy Island, just minutes from the energy of Miami Beach, Villa L’Artiste offers a refined architectural experience anchored between canal and golf course. Surrounded by tropical landscapes and set along a quiet waterway, this residence redefines luxury with clarity and restraint.

Architecture shaped by sunlight and proportion Defined by bold volumes, floating planes, and a carefully balanced palette of white stucco, black concrete, and natural wood, the villa speaks a language of contemporary purity. The layout is designed to extend outwards, large floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide away entirely, blurring the lines between interior and exterior and creating a seamless connection to nature.

Open volumes bathed in natural light The entry opens to a double-height space filled with daylight. The main floor hosts a spacious living room, dining area, and a chef grade kitchen featuring a striking 22-foot-long white quartz island. A 20-foot linear LED chandelier floats above the living area, acting as both sculpture and light installation, a signature gesture at the heart of the home.

A lifestyle shaped by water At the center of the experience is a 55-foot heated pool, extended by a decorative 40-foot reflecting pond. Multiple terraces, shaded lounges, and a 55-foot private dock offer a lifestyle immersed in water, inviting moments of leisure, swimming, or boating right from your backyard.

Five suites, each with its own rhythm The residence includes five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite, located upstairs, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the canal. It features a large walk-in closet, a sculptural freestanding tub, and a calming palette of stone, soft fabrics, and natural light. Each room has been carefully curated for privacy and comfort.

A panoramic rooftop with open skies At the top, a 500-square-foot rooftop terrace reveals panoramic views of the Normandy golf course, the surrounding canals, and the distant bay. It’s a secluded space for meditation, sunset gatherings, or evening cocktails under the stars.

Refined living in a tropical landscape Villa L’Artiste masterfully combines contemporary architecture with the immersive qualities of Miami Beach’s natural environment. Every detail, from materials to lighting to landscaping, has been selected with precision to offer a sophisticated, serene, and sensorial living experience on the water.
